Delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
The Fit Traveler Collection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
